Trajectory - part two!
Thank you to everyone for your interest in the Trajectory quilt. It was so much fun that I decided to make another one! Any interest in a tutorial/sew-along?
This time I'll be using a very limited palette of gray and yellow. The grays will be the background fabric and the yellows will be the boomerangs. I'll also be making the blocks slightly larger - 6" finished instead of 4" finished. The entire quilt will be 48"x48".
So far, all I've managed to do is pull the fabrics. But maybe a tutorial/sew-along will inspire some accountability and keep me motivated!
I would like a tutorial!! I love the colours you've chosen!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to join! I may copy your color pallet....are the kona solids?
ReplyDeleteheck yeah! love that quilt and these colors are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThis is gonna be gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteI'm in! I really love that quilt! And I've never done a sew along, so it seems like as perfect a time to try one as any!
ReplyDeleteLove those colors -- can't wait to see how it turns out. (And would be so grateful for a tutorial, too!)
ReplyDeleteYour Trajectory quilt is so fantastic. I'd love a tutorial/sew-along!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to join in on the fun! :) Keep us posted, I'd love to start pulling fabrics!
ReplyDeletePlease count me in on a quilt-along or even a tutorial! I loved the first color palette (bought the FQs from Pink Chalk) but the gray and yellow is just stunning!!
ReplyDeleteDude, so glad you are doing those colors!
ReplyDeleteAnd you know what, I'll totally do a sew along with you!
oh wow at 6 inches it sounds like it will be pieced.. If that's true, I'd to do this block again... I just hate paper piecing ... hooray! lets go! cant wait to see it!
ReplyDeleteWow love to make this
ReplyDeleteI would love both a tutorial and a quilt-along!
